Private schools- ABSN or BSN

Please can any one tell how valuable are private schools for BSN degree Like West Coast, AIU, Kaplan at San Diego? I went to USF and counselor mentioned that many people finish prerequisites and are not able to get into DEMSN as number of application: number of students enrolled 1: 15.

I am just thinking to finish prerequisites and get into ABSN and then apply part time for MSN or by getting it done from private some schools get BSN degree in 39 months and only entrance test is required for that. They will help with prerequisites also.

Ultimate goals is to get Masters.

Please any advice would be appreciated.
