Anybody ever heard of this? I'm wondering how it's legal - whose prescribing the toradol and the "zolfran"?

I have no idea what your talking about, what does toradoll and zofran have to do with rehydrating? And are you talking about IV rehydration??

Who is doing this? How is being advertised? What group is it being marketed too?

These are mobile IV hydration companies usually. Really common in Vegas and part of California, but are starting to get more popular. There is generally a physician or NP that works for the company and prescribes the fluids and IV starts for the nurses who run them.

How it can be completely safe without knowing a "patients" lab work or medical history is beyond me. I had family memeber use them in Vegas after partying though because it made them feel better within an hour.

I thought I vaguely heard of it maybe around New Year? Licensed HCP's, had a trailer, would treat patients to ease the symptoms of a hang over. But it sounds like an urban myth.

Ahhh!! Somehow I completely missed the link, thanks!!

Pretty scary that they even spelled ZOFRAN wrong on the website.

The FAQS page states they are a team of nurses and paramedics... only mention of a physician is that you don't need to get your PMD permission before hand.
