ABC's first. If it's an airway issue, it's probably going to take priority.
But reading the question and answers is important. Look for UNEXPECTED symptoms. For example, a patient that just had abdominal surgery complaining of 10/10 pain is expected. A patient who just had a cast put on complaining of pain, numbness and tingling in the fingers is NOT expected and would be a priority because it can indicate compartment syndrome.

How would u answer priority questions any advices ???
Do you go by picking the client that is most likely to be in danger
Or do you say to yourself, the client that is more likely to live ???? I'm confuse any advice thanks ??????
