Prioritize questions on NCLEX are not on it anymore?

Nursing Students NCLEX

the first time I took NCLEX the tutor exam showed me that the prioritize questions were suppose to be the tougher questions. The computer stopped at 85 and i didn't get any prioritize questions and 3 days later i found out i failed. The second time NCLEX tutor exam showed me that the prioritize questions were suppose to be the tougher questions. The computer stopped at 205 and i didn't get any prioritize questions and 4 days later i found out i failed. The third time the NCLEX tutor didn't show me any prioritize questions and it showed that the select all apply questions with the boxes was the tougher questions. The computer stopped somewhere around 99-109 and found out 6 days later that I passed. So did they remove the prioritize questions off of the NCLEX???

I highly doubt it.

Not necessarily. The computer provides questions on a "random" basis according to your previous answer. There is no guarantee that any particular tester will get any particular type of question or any particular question.

it was like drag and drop questions! You know how the Tutorial show the type of questions the exam is composed of. Well the first 2 times it showed me the last type of question on the exam as a drag and drop. There were 6 questions on the Tutorial and the drag and drop. The third time I tested there were only 5 questions on the Tutorial and the last was the select all that apply.

I had prioritization questions but they were multiple choice-i.e. "who would you see first" type of questions. I did not receive any drag and drops, but had about 10 SATAs.

me too i had a lot of SATAs questions the last time. My friends who all tested in December and February had a lot of drag and drop.

they could have been the "test" questions-the ones that are not graded. I wish I knew which of mine were those. I found them all difficult and couldn't really differentiate between "high level" and "low level" questions. My test stopped me at 75 and I got the good pop up so we will see.

good luck but the good pop up proved good to me so i'm sure it will for you too

I took my test June 21st and majority of it was priority questions

My friend took it last Tuesday, she said it was A LOT of priority. She passed.

I am not sure, but are you speaking of the tutor you get before you take the actual exam, the one that you have at the testing center? I wouldn't read anything into it, if this is the case. I think those are just to get you started on the test itself, so you know the nuts and bolts of the software itself, not the actual test. kwim?

I had a ton of priority questions, took all 265 questions and failed! Who here has mastered the priority questions and would like to shed some light on how to tackle them. Most of my questions were "who to see first?" I feel like I know the content but don't know how to depict which pt is more critical. HELP!!
