Where are all your r/t factors for the other diagnoses? Refer to your Maslow Hierarchy of Needs. That should put you in the right direction.

Specializes in PICU, Sedation/Radiology, PACU.

When you are prioritizing, here's some basic rules to follow:

ABC's:

Diagnoses relating to maintaining a patent airway come first.

Diagnoses related to breathing/respirations come next.

Diagnoses related to circulation/cardiac function next.

Then Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs: (look up the pyramid)

Physiological needs

Safety

Love/Belonging

Esteem

Self-actualization

Use those steps to put the nursing diagnoses in the order that you think makes the most sense and then repost with your new order if you still are unsure. We are happy to help with homework, but you need to start the work first, and we will point you in the right direction.

this student has probably moved on to med/surg by now. :D
