Prescription monitoring

Do the caseworkers check the prescription monitoring systems? I am getting teeth pulled. I have the proper paperwork but she wants to know what pharmacy I use which was odd to me. I don’t want any problems

I had to sign a release authorizing them to contact my pharmacy, no idea if they ever do or not

I don’t recall signing anything like that. Oh well! I guess If there is an issue I will hear about it. Thank you!

My caseworker told me that they regularly monitor our state's prescription databank, whatever that means. I also had asked what if I did need a narcotic, as *** happens, and she said as long as there's a valid prescription and reason- I think they're focusing more on prescription forgery, perhaps?
