  1. I don’t recall signing anything like that. Oh well! I guess If there is an issue I will hear about it. Thank you!
  2. Do the caseworkers check the prescription monitoring systems? I am getting teeth pulled. I have the proper paperwork but she wants to know what pharmacy I use which was odd to me. I don’t want any problems
  3. I did get a perm about 3 days prior. I have had a previous hair test and it was OK. After more research I’m sure that is the issue. I was just wondering if this is bad in the eyes of BON.
  4. I was selected for a hair follicle test. I just looked at the results. It says flawed test. Anyone know what that means in the eyes of the BON? I have no clue what that means period.
  5. Does anyone know what a specialty test is regarding random drug screens? I have to call in and ask what lab to go to. This is a new one for me. Thanks!
  6. I have been selected for option 8. It is double the price of the others. Any idea what it is?
  7. Oxycodone. One time use. No script. No diversion. I’ve been compliant with my agreement. Random screens have been negative. At this point just complying and doing my time. Hopefully if everything is good I can apply for early release.
  8. They asked me about my history using any drugs or alcohol. How much, how often, did I ever black out, how many drinks I drink and how often. They asked a lot of questions about alcohol. They asked about family history. They had me fill out a samsha drug and alcohol questionnaire. In the report they detail all of that, they watch body language. If you have an attorney ask who they recommend. The people my attorney recommended were more expensive but worth it. They can make your life much harder if they are biased at all.
  9. Yes! Still able to work thank goodness.
  10. I just received my results from the OBN required drug and alcohol assessment. I was diagnosed with general anxiety and no diagnosis under substance abuse. Is this beneficial to me? I failed a drug test. No diversion. Now have 3 years random drug tests and any recommended therapy.
  11. I am looking for employers who are willing to hire nurses with stipulations. I have no narcotic restrictions. The employer is only responsible for sending initial and quarterly employer reports. Anyone have any advice? Prefer hospital jobs if possible.
  12. Oh wow. I had no idea they would take your hair. That’s just excessive. Well I am on suspension from work. I’m going to fail my drug screen. I’m not diverting but it’s going to look like I am. Im just waiting to hear something. I’ve been off for a week now and still no word from HR. I would imagine they are attempting to build a case. Idk if they will offer me something like that or not. I have called an attorney. Good luck to you! Thank you for the information.
  13. May I ask why you are on probation? I am just starting this process and wondering how to minimize the damage. How were you able to continue to work? Did you get an attorney? How much do the drug tests cost etc..
  14. How long should it take before I hear from the AG and BON? Can I work until then?
