I applied for all 4 new grad postings all within hours to 24 hours of their posting and still no response. I try to call them and get some sort of answer-nothing. They keep forwarding me to the nurse recruiter that probably knows a new grad is calling for why they haven't recieved any word. It's frustrating that they post the new grad applications yet don't give any kind of feedback not even a rejection email for courteosy purposes.
Hi everyone,
I applied for 3 of the 4 positions currently posted. I called HR and was told that the nurse recruiter was not available but the lady on the phone asked if she could help me. She told me that all apps are forwarded to the managers of the units. Once the managers have decided who they want to interview, they let HR know. I asked when this might happen. She said the best she could tell me was that once the posting is no longer listed on the website that means they are ready to begin interviewing. Hope this helps! Good luck to us all!
Hi all,
I work @ PIH & just a suggestion...you will be contacted quicker if you go into HR & fill out an application. They have a binder with all of the open positions so when you fill out the app all you do is write the job # on it. My mom & brother also work @ PIH but you will speed up the process by actually going in instead of online. Good luck!
Hello all,
I just got hired at PIH and it did indeed take a long time for them to get back to me (I applied in May). I was beginning to not think I would hear from them at all, but patience paid off, I suppose.
I can attest that PIH is a great hospital, speaking as one who did most of my clinical experiences there. Blessings!

Was anyone else called for the RN New Grad Interview at PIH? Anyone went through their New Grad training? Thanks!
