I'm on year 2/5 year monitoring program. Ive been out of practice since 2010, shortly after obtaining my license. I recently completed a refresher course and have gone back to school. Is there anything else I can or should be doing to make myself more likely to be hired?

    I think it is all in the way your present yourself the day of the interview. I was honest and sincere and basically just asked for a chance to prove myself and I was given it. People are either gonna be accepting to your situation or there not. Ill cross my fingers for ya and send good vibes!!!!!
