Preparing for NCLEX and watching DR. House to challenge analyzation skills!

:balloons: wwhoah! i just recommend that if you want to take a break on studying nclex rn. try watching medical related shows like dr. house. it promotes analyzation skills. opps, just remember that we're nurses in scope not physicians but it really helps when you are in situational questions in answering nclex . dr. house would really give you the brains.

just reward yourself some break from head wracking nclex hours and watch it!

i hope that there are shows too that tells about nurses. only nurses.

hehehhhehe

who agrees with me that its fun to watch tv sometime after 12 hrs of nclex studying raise your stetoscopes?

I love House. He's such a misanthrope that I don't even mind that he hates nurses. He hates his own staff just as much.

Scrubbs! yeah a a group of OR nurses who has its own drama. Their dreams and their struggles doing chores in the theater. Wow. The antagonist is this one hell of a boastful senior surgeon who throws surg instruments to your face if you have given him the wrong one!

Back to nclex please! just forget about this Non sense thread of mine. Study and study and study!

I just wish I possess the analytical mind but not the bad medical manners of DR. HOuse.

He doesn't even wear his lab coat! Thus, patients thought of him as a jerk roaming with a limp around the hospital.:monkeydance:

Too funny... I do the same. My choice show is Trauma the real life situation ER's. You can assess and think what would I do first. ADPIE!!! I am preparing to take the boards for the second time and everyone does need a break as well as brain food and sleep!!!! a little t.v. too. Great thread..LOL

"Your brother has Ornithine Transcarbamylase Deficiency. You want me to write it down? Good, because it takes awhile

The watcher got loss of his words.

He's 100% snobb.GOsh! also don't know what this means got to search it on the net and watch it again on dvd season 1.
