Published

CRNE pass rates are about 95% for Canadian educated nurses.

Internationally educated nurses have a lower pass rate usually in the 70% range .

The lower pass rate for IEN might be a reflection of a lack of understanding of the system, Canadian laws and values, and and the role of the nurse within the Canadian health care system.

You can get Mosby & the new Lippincott CRNE shipped from Amazon.ca but they don't carry the CNA book, which is the best one. I found the CNA book was cheaper from the Universities (& many of them do ship abroad) than the CNA.

About the new Lippincott CRNE, is it really worth it??? I saw it on Amazon.ca but couldnt' get a preview. I'm interested mostly because the cover claims the book contains a review of the most important topics and I truly need that after all my school notes got lost (I think my mom gave them to someone without thinking I'd need them again :()

Hi Everyone,

Has anyone used the new Lippincott Prep guide and if it is a good book to buy.

I have being using CRNE prep guide 4th edition and was just wondering if i should get another book because i have finished those questions.

Does anyone have a used one could lend me if possible

Thanks

The last of the "WOOHOO I passed" posts came in around the beginning of the second week in March, so a little more than four weeks. That's quick actually; there were few new grads writing in February. The June results will probably take five or six weeks because of the volume.
