If anyone can answer this please do. Can pregnant people with antibodies go in isolation room with hepatitis B patients?

Consult your facility's policy. I can't imagine that hep b patients are in isolation though.

The isolation for hepatitis B in the dialysis unit concerns more the treatment of the machine. For the caregiver it is universal precautions with PPE based on what exposure to the patients bodily fluids are expected. This is the same for all patients. The machine used for dialysis should be at the end of the circuit and disinfected with bleach in the internal circuits after completion of therapy. Just curious, who is pregnant here, the patient, the nurse, or a visitor?

Are you saying you are pregnant and have antibodies? I am to take it then, that you are immune. IF so, in such cases where I work, yes you would be able to go into the isolation room to treat such patients, using the usual precautions. Check your facility policy and discuss with your manager any concerns you have, because if you are pregnant and concerned, you should be asking your health care provider and consulting policy for best advice.
