:w00t:I have an opportunity from the person teaching Patho at my school, to take Patho II BEFORE I take Patho I. I understand that I'm responsible for the stuff covered in Patho I during the class. The class is also 12 weeks compare to the normal 15 weeks. She told me that Patho II covers the same systems as A&P II does and I finished A&P II with over 100% including my final so I feel confident that I can handle it. I just want to know what you guys think? Should I go for it?

Side note: I will have to go back and take Patho I next semester.........I need both classes for my BSN but they are not offering Patho I this semester, hence the offer to take II before I.

Not everyone can do something like that and be successful. But if you believe you have the skills and the time to invest in the studying involved (considering you may have to cover more info just to keep up), then go for it. I know myself pretty well and I know that if I needed to do something like that I probably would. Now I don't know if I'd take another class on top of that, certainly not a science one anyways. Good Luck.

Is Patho II just a continuation of the diseases of the different body systems?

I so, if you have taken A&P you should be fine.

This will be my only science course this semester. I'm planing on taking Math 119 along with it which is a basic algebra type class. I don't think Math is going to be any problem since I seem to catch on very quickly with stuff like that.
