Pre-hire examination

I applied for a new grad RN position and I have to take the an exam and pass with an 80 percent in order to be selected for an interview. I know that I have to study my labs, medications and etc. but I can't help but to be nervous. The test is 50 questions. I guess I better start studying now....

-Anyone taken these type of exams before and how did you do ?

I guess what scares me the most is that I don't do well on these type of exams but I'm going to pray and ask God to help me pass.

It was hard. I felt like I was taking my boards. It had a ton of medication math problems and primarily med surg. I did really well. I'm praying I will get called in for an interview soon. :o
