Does anyone know an affordable clinic to get all the required health screenings and vaccines? I'm not insured and don't a a PCP, so I'm looking for a affordable place for those that are uninsured.

Fill out a confirmation card, background check, drug test, shots, physical, proof of health insurance, cpr card, Rsvp card, and scholarship applications
