I received the e-mail from Ms. A today. She stated the in-house clinical application has been mailed to me and I must fill it out and return it.

I did not receive that! I just got the advisement degree plan and everything looks good... Can you explain to me the application that you need to sign? If I don't receive that app means that something is wrong?

I haven't received it yet. On the "notes" section of the Advisement Degree Plan, she said she mailed it.

She did not say anything. She just put on my notes that this is my second time applying for them and that I have everything complete. What is that application for?

Yes, I got it last friday! I'm going to mail it back tomorrow! Kinda sucks that we applied early because now we have a looooong waiting game lol

Yes, you are right.... I don't want to take the TEAs test, but I have to do it because don't want to depend only on PV.

Hello, I am new to this forum. I have a question about the letters of recommendation. It's kind of dumb for me to ask, but I want to know if it's something that is required? I took my prereqs at two different institution and didn't really talk to any of my professors to ask for letter of recommendation, nor do I have time to volunteer due to family responsibilities.
