Hello!! I passed the HESI:D now its time to start application process! Any one else out there?? time is flying..I'm also applying to UT-Arlington!!

take the cpr from the american heart association. that's the one we have to do! Congrats.. Are you taking summer school?

I really need your advise here. I got accepted by both TWU-Houston and PVAMU. I don't know which one is better. Anyone has any idea on　ｔｈａｔ？

I would take TWU. It is only 4 semesters, instead of 5 semesters. Graduate faster. I think TWU has a better reputation.

Depends. TWU is harder and many more people fail out of that program. However, you do graduate faster. I really dont know about their reputation, all i can say is that I chose pv because our nursing program is great, the nclex pass rate is high, and I have been told that our graduates adjust to the "real world" of nursing very well.

I totally agree with Blackberrie. Im pretty sure they are trying to show that 5th semester into that 4th semester in TWU somewhere. LOL. Yeah I chose Prairie View has a better reputation and higher pass rate. Good Luck.

loveshine- thanks!! Did you get in as well?? Is the CPR the BLS?? I am trying to take the summer classes BUT i have sociology and Govt 2 left and Im tryin to take them at HCC mini semester during May. the mini semester ends june 3rd.. and i know that PVAMU summer classes begin June 1st.. so Im not sure if they will let me take them. ugh i really want to!

Your not required to have them all until august. They want everything to b completed by orientation in august. Summer classes aren't required either. U can start in the Fall

yes I got in too! yes is cpr the BLS one

Hopefully you can do that in mini session and like navyvet said summer school is not required is an option!

What was the worst part about it? The material, the teachers?

First the teachers are very unprofessional. They talk to you like you are an idiot and are late for almost every class. Nothing starts on time and they are horribly unorganized. The tests are ridiculous. The questions are terribly written and have numerous grammatical errors that make it hard to understand them. Enter at your own risk.
