Hi all,

Is there anyone here starting at Prairie View this Spring or currently attending? I got my acceptance letter about 2 weeks ago....I am so excited...and nervous! Can any PV students give advice on what to expect?

hey i am a spring 2012 applicant and have a hard time getting information from pv, but i sent my package and i will send my hesi scores tomorrow

ok good to know that others share my problem ..... i have sent them my packet as well, i sent extra transcripts and i took my hesi about a month ago ....so it would be good just to hear them say yes .. we do have all your stuff and not " i have people in my office right now" lol so i will try calling early tomorrow but i do know that they r very busy :)

nevermind i have it ... and yes i was told that there are half the number of applicants for spring than their is for fall which is a good thing :)

Hey ladies and gents, if there is any!

I'm also applying for the spring 2012 semester along with UTHSC Houston! I took my hesi tues and my stats are:

Reading: 89

Math: 94

Grammar: 94

A&P: 88

Critical Thinking: 790

Cumulative Score: 91%

GPA:

Overall: 3.5

Core Classes: 3.6

Other: 3.4

I'm waiting to receive my letter that I got into the university, but everything is turned in to the CON. I hope I have a good chance with my GPA and HESI scores. Can someone please give me Mrs. Anderson's number and email??? THANKS! [email protected]

Every semester there's about 400 applicants only 100 get in every semester. And u won't find out if u got in til 15 days after the deadline I'm thinking October 15. They will not call u if u are missing anything. It's better if u actually go up there. Good luck to y'all n if u get in don't hesitate to ask questions. It's a tough school n tons of reading.

Well at least they don't keep you waiting a long time after the deadline. But I can't go up there all the time because I'm 2-3 hrs away from houston. But I do call to check on my stuff constantly.
