Prairie View A&M Nursing Applicants Spring 2013

I was wondering if anyone is applying for Prairie View A&M Nursing program for Spring 2013. I have seen previous application cycles but none for Spring 2013. If you are applying or previously applied I would love to hear from you.

Hi!I've also applied to pvamu for the spring of 2013, i have received my confirmation from Mrs. A saying that everything is good to go, just wondering yall have any idea of when we are suppose to hear anything? And how they go about informing us!Thanks for any help, i really can't wait to start nursing school!

Who is Ms. A? What's her position at the school? Is she the Vernica Anderson that sends the transcript reviews?

Yes she is the one. she is the admissions counselor

@peaches1018So what letters r mailed out the acceptance letters? I am just freaked out because i spoke to her and she said that anyone with incomplete courses will not be getting a purple app....and i havnt received anything yet. That is why i wanted to know if u meant the purple app or the acceptance package?

Oh nevermind i saw sept 31st. Lol this is driving me nuts!!!! I really hope we all make it because im ready to start nursing school and meet all you guys!

I received the purple letter even though I'm still taking 2 classes that are required. Once I turned it in Ms. A said letters of acceptance/denial will be mailed out by Oct 31st

But I think everyone is suppose to receive the purple letter to turn in

I don't understand when I talked to mrs. A she said the only people thG receive the purple letter are those that have completed all prerequisites

Yeah I'm taking 2 classes that I'm missing for their pre-reqs even though I have a degree already. I received the purple form in August and turned it in. I also got confirmation from Ms. A letting me know she received it. I read from previous forums that everyone is suppose to get the letter.

Wow well I talk to her personally and she said that I have everything completed and not to worry about the purple letter I wouldn't receive one because I'm still in the process of taking classes, idk this is freaking me out the only thing I can think of is bc you have a degree allready oh well I guess if this is true there goes my chances of getting in, I just don't understand bc I applied early and everything I should have received one if I was going to you know what I mean
