I used this book for my Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation/ECG course. It has a chunk of practice strips for each group of dysrhythmias (atrial, ventricular, blocks etc) and a bunch at the end. It also comes with the answers in the back to self check and some pull out "flashcards".
There are several you tube resources

This website has a pretty good explanation of what each rhythm is representing, and how to identify it, as well as a quiz like game that was really beneficial to me being able to recognize rhythms.
