Hi ya everyone, i am in a really jubilant mood this evening, i have been emailing loads of american university's and have had some pleasing replies. Im a Uk Student Nurse, and will be immigrating after i have qualified, once NCLEX, made up hours are completed, e.t.c e.t.c e.t.c,lol I would love love love to become a CRNA, has anybody else completed post graduate training in the U.S, once they have their green card or would like to??? It would be nice to hear of anyone elses experiences....Monique x

But you will need to gain experience in the US in an ICU first for at least one year, and if not longer.Check out the pre-CRNA forum that we have here.There have many foreign nurses that have become CRNAs in the past here. But please be aware that it is now harder to get into a program than medical school due to the number that want to get in and the number of positions available.
