post grad nursing or Msc nursing in UK while working as HCA is it a good idea or not

I'm working on my IELTS to get a 7 in writing because I only got 6 on my previous result(my other band is 8 and 7), so I can apply for ONP, but while waiting I have an offer for a work-based program while taking up Post grad diploma/ Msc in nursing in one of the colleges in Uk, but I will be working as a HCA and I'll be spending 5000gbsfor the tuition fee, and also on student visa. Do you think this is a good idea? Does the diploma count in UK or in other countries after I finish the course?
