Great news! I am unrestricted and unencumbered. I have gotten the emergency COVID 19 license approved in good standing for one particular state and submitted for endorsement with all my documents from my probation.
Since this was not illicit drug related, patient neglect, or diversion there is almost 100% chance that the board of nursing I applied towill approve my endorsement (per my legal representation.)
Maybe states have shown leniency towards new nurses that have been reported for failed drug screens, documentation errors bc of covid as evidenced here by the NCSBN -> https://www.NCSBN.org/Policy-Brief-US-Nursing-Discipline_COVID19.pdf
update!
I applied to a compact state and got a CLEAN license and clean compact license.
I start my first travel assignment on 3/7/22
I never thought this would be possible but now I will be joining the ranks of nurses helping the nation and making enough money to retire by 50
it is possible with determination and patience.

I am coming to the end of my consent agreement and will be unencumbered here by the end of the year.
I have had a calling to travel nurse, as I feel morally and ethically obligated to help our community.
I had temporary practice restrictions (no narcotic), has any nurse with prior discipline on their license that are now unencumbered started travel nursing post consent agreement ?
I thought I saw one state that wouldn’t offer license by endorsement if there was any board action by the home state.
once my license is unencumbered I don’t see a legality on reporting it to employers. but for licensure by endorsement I am sure these are reviewed.
