Possible Relocation--Wake Forest

U.S.A. North Carolina

Hi all. I'm looking to relocate to NC from NY once graduating with my ADN. Can anyone tell me salaries in that area? I'm interested in mental health, but any input is appreciated!

I have an interview tomorrow for a promotion ?

I think there are a lot of "tell me a time when...." Know the mission/vision statement.

Differentials, off the top of my head, 5ish for nights, 8ish for weekends and 14ish for weekend nights. I think starting is around 23. These are totally ballpark. I am weekend option and a CNIII so I am in a different pay band.

What specialty are you interviewing for?

I'm sorry, are you saying in 2020 the starting salary for BSN, is $23/hr on the day shift? What qualifies you for CNII or CNIII ??

Specializes in orthopedic/trauma, Informatics, diabetes.

the starting pay for an RN is $23 ish. They don't differentiate between ADN/BSN. I know they offer tuition reimbursement for new grads (up to $25K).

The clinical ladder is a process. If you come in as a new grad, you are a CNI, After a year/finishing reqs, you get to CNII. To be a CNIII and then CNIV there is a set of requirements. It's a process.

I will say that the way they have looked out for us during this pandemic has been amazing. I am SO glad that I work where I do.
