Hello all. I graduated last year in June and found my first job at a clinic that is part of a major healthcare network. I have been there for over 7 months and I decided to put in a transfer for the same company at a different clinic to try and get a job closer to my home. Well I put in an application and got the call to interview next week as an internal candidate! (Yay me!) I am very excited! When I first applied back 8 months ago and had my initial interview, I brought my evaluation sheets from when I was a student in my clinical experiences. It seemed to really help since she saw that a lot of places really enjoyed me being there. Now my question is, I just had a probation performance appraisal last month. My supervisor really likes me so I got a very good review. My rating is "above standard". Would it be acceptable and helpful to bring this review with me to the interview and to let the interviewer have a look? The job is for the same company so I thought they might like to see how I work at my current position within the company standards and how I relate to the company values. What do you say, nay or yay?

since you are internal the hiring manager will have access.a Good luck with the interview and make sure your current manager knows you are interviewing.

I already told my manager, as soon as I found out I got the interview so she could be informed for scheduling while I am gone. :)
