Hello people! Since no one has begun a thread for those that have applied or intend on going to Polk State College beginning January 2016, let's use this as a forum for questions and meet other students prior to starting.

Thank you jazbazy11! Mine says that as well and it should say something about conditioned on the fact that you complete your pre-reqs and turn in all the required paperwork. Does it say that?

Yea it does, but nothing is checked because I've taken the courses that's why I freaked out a bit

Yea...it says if nothing is checked then nothing is needed because I've completed all mine as well.

Just got home! I got my letter! :) I'm so excited! Who's making a Facebook group? Lol. Does anyone understand the orange paper that's due October 7th?

You just have to turn in your $20 and your letter of intent by the 7th.
