Published

i am trying to get all my pre-nursing classes done, and was curious how hard chico state nursing program was to get into. i went over the point thing and have no idea if i'll be able to pull it off. does anyone know a college near chico that might have comparable nursing program. i don't know what my total points will be but i'm really nervous. :crying2:

Specializes in Med-Surg, ICU, ER, Tactical Medic.

I do not know, but I will be putting in my app soon. I think Chico is a good option over the various JC's in the area with a 2+ year wait list.

Good Luck.

Hello, I just got accepted to Chico States nursing program. I am so excited but I really didnt think I was gonna get in. I had a c and a b. But, that is not taken into consideration because they used my A in Physio, and my A in organic chem. And two A's from non science courses. I have an 88.2% on my TEAS, which isnt super high, but its 18/20 points on the scale. Good luck try your hardest and apply EVERYWHERE. I applied to 16 programs.

I just received my acceptance letter to Chico's Fall 2009 BSN program. I'm so excited!! :D

I had As in the non-science courses and science courses, and I got a 93.9% on the TEAS.

Hi, just got my acceptance letter to Chico for fall 09. I live in Sacramento. Is housing very expensive? Does anyone know how the first semester is like?

Specializes in Oncology.

I just got an acceptance email from Chico state for their LVN to BSN program too. I was also accepted into ARC's AA LVN to RN program. I don't know which one to take. Does anyone know if I go to Chico, how long will it take if I already have a Bachelors in another area? I'm trying to find this out online and getting no where. Any info re list of required classes, availability of accelerated classes, etc would be appreciated.

Thanks
