POEA/SRO Nurses for KSA

Hello friends, I went to poea last Wednesday to pass my requirements. They told me to wait for their text message, just wondering how long does it take for them to text me?

I am planning to pass my requirements at POEA since a friend went there and was given the list of requirements. However, I am not sure if they are accepting MALE Nurses. If ever they do accept, for how long will be the processing time? Does my 2 year of continouos Casual Staff Nurse experince count? Thanks a lot :(

can I apply or pass my requirements even though I have no work experience yet?

exam questions are very basic nursing. NLE type of questions. don't worry, it's not that hard!

50 items, 25 is the passing score.

hi! i hate to say this....but NO! they only accept female nurses for SRO.:crying2:

but a lot of private agencies do hire male nurses. you might want to try your luck with them.;)

as far as i know, casual staff nurse counts as work experience.:lol2:

hi! i don't want to be a kontrabida but they do require at least a year and a half of work experience as regular or casual staff nurse.:o

Thanks for that information aries :) I think I only have a limited opportunity right now :( I went to an agency yesterday and was turned down because they would only accept applicants who are working or have worked as a STAFF NURSE. Do you know any agency where I could apply?

I am thinking now what if Nursing is not really for me.. :(

I am a male and I got accepted for a posiiton at SRO last month. But the position was Paramedic, not as a nurse.

yup! way back May 2010, then SRO texted me last week fon an interview.
