POEA/SRO Nurses for KSA

Hello friends, I went to poea last Wednesday to pass my requirements. They told me to wait for their text message, just wondering how long does it take for them to text me?

hi..anyone there who belong to the april-may 2011 delegation? I already passed the exam and interview last april 29, 2011, signed the letter of appointment and gave me the medical form..SRO told me to wait for the text from POEA before having my medical..How long are we going to wait for the text..?? :idea:

GUYS!! visit the Poea website! the list of applicants for briefing and medical referral is already posted. dated may 11 and may 13 2011..

yes, i saw it, too. can someone give an idea if the list contain only the applicants who had interview in April? i had my interview in May.

its only for the applicants who passed last april 25-26 2011.

anyone here who applied in polyclinic in Saudi? may i ask if you can use your experience in clinic for cross country to Canada? TIA.. :)

I'm here in Saudi and am soon going back to the Philippines because contract will be finished. Like some others here, the institution I am now in has terrible management. They are requiring us to work for 7 days (meaning-- without a dayoff) without even asking us if it's okay. Work is heavy. It's just a polyclinic and the monthly salary is very unflattering-- 1500 riyals (i know, I'm an idiot for taking this job..but it's a long story about semi-illegal recruitment because I was told while I wasin the Philippines that I'd be working in a hosp, etc). I'm wondering if I should go home or extend my stay until at least after I am able to find another institution, preferrably a hospital this time-- that pays better and has better compensation for heavy work (should work be this heavy again, that is). My friends in the Philippines keep on telling me to just stay here because "there is no hope here (Phils) so you better stay there in the meantime".

But as I've said, management is terrible with its employees. There are too many policies almost close to slave labor. So, what do you think? If I go home, will there be a chance that I'd be able to get a job again abroad if my experience is only in a polyclinic? We have ER duty though.

hi there,, my friend is also working in polyclinic in saudi.. she just started last month.. she hasn't complained about anything yet.. i just hope she's doing fine there,, i might be applying there too.:)

may i ask if you can use your experience there for cross country to Canada or other better country? :)

wow, i think everyone is done with their exam/interview.

Congrats to all who had positive result, and hoping for better opportunities to those who don't.

Next is appointment with GPB-POEA for documentation briefing.
