When I started school, our pass rates had been all over the 90th percentile, highs and lows. As we have progressed, it has steadily dropped. The last two tests ended up with a 78% and finally 62%. This seriously freaks me out. I'm worried that we haven't gotten the education to pass NCLEX. Any advice?

You could take an NCLEX review course. At my college if you don't pass the exit HESI with a high enough score the school won't even allow you to take the NCLEX until you've taken a review course.

I've heard that the NCLEX has gotten more difficult in the past year. Apparently, there is a greater stress on critical thinking, so I hear. Our instructor was talking about it in class, so this wasn't just chit-chat.

I may be wrong, but if the passing rate is beginning to become that low, I think they can lose their accreditation. You think that maybe they will start raising the bar for you guys?
