hi! pls advise if this would be a good idea...I passed nclex-rn already (California). I'm given 3 years to secure the ssn but with the retrogression, i think i doubt if i can be there after 3 years. I just hope that this retrogression be soon over.
I planned to seek licensure in new mexico or vermont through endorsement but i think endorsement is not the right term because i don't have a license to endorse. I will request Cali BRN to send a notification letter that I passed nclex-rn to new mexico or vermont then filled up the endorsement application so that i will have a license. Will this be a good idea?thank you

Moved to the International forum as most appropriate there.
You do not have a license to endorse so you need to complete licensure by exam and arrange with Ca to forward your results. Much has already been written in this forum on Ca so would suggest a search. Also include this link https://allnurses.com/forums/f75/california-initial-licensure-253147.html

As Anna has mentioned, there is no license to endorse so you cannot use that form, you need to apply by License by Examination and have the verification sent by CA using the required document from the new state.
There is no letter that is used.
