Please suggest professional resources

I am beginning an NP program in the Fall of 2008, and would like to accumulate resources to be used during school & in clinical practice. I have purchased the OSLER medical handbook, which is well-written & will be incredibly helpful (it's truly a great find!), but am still having difficulty finding other great books/websites/etc...

Are there any free online resources that go over anat/phys, pathophysiology, pharmacology, and differential diagnosis? Anything about how to succeed as an NP?

Thanks in advance.

Congrats! My best piece of advice is to get info and details about the business side of medical practices. That is the one thing that my program never got into and it really left a void in my education. I wish now that I had stayed with the MBA/MSN combo option. That would have helped with billing to the max as well as knowing the business side of the practice.

Would you have any book recommendations regarding the business aspect? Thanks again.
