I think I was able to get the gist from a quick search and so you should be able to, as well.

AN is a great resource, but only if you appear to have put some effort into your own research.

Asking for an answer "quick" is usually a sure-fire way to get no help here.

sweet day, your faculty knows you have to learn how to do your own information search, and asking an online forum is not it. if you want to tell us what you have already found out and how, we can help clarify for you.

to put it bluntly, if you can't get with the program on this aspect you might as well save yourself a lot of trouble and start looking for another line of work, because you aren't going to have the skill to continue in nursing school.
