hi well want suggestion how i start my career..

i am fresher just completed my bachelor in nursing..and i am goin to immigrate to new country...i really don't have any idea about how to start my career..i want to do my masters as well but before that i don't know my course which i did will be evaluated in which way..actually i did it from rajiv gandhi university india and i am goin to uk recently...so please suggest in my these quries

do i need to do any credit course?

can directly start job...?

how can i apply for my masters..?

please provide me sufficient suggestions...
