Please help with Med-Surg Interview Questions, Vancouver BC

I just had a med/surg interview for a nurse residency program and here were some questions I was asked:

-Why do you want to work here vs. other hospital in town

-Give an example of a time you gave excellent care

-You just realized you have committed a med error. What do you do next?

-A Dr. asks you to do something that you have seen him do a million times but isn't in your scope of practice. What do you say?

-What do you think about doing something that is considered to be the techs job? (can't remember the exact wording...I think what they wanted was teamwork)
