To be honest? go with your experience first and education second. They're looking for experience so give the that first. make sure you put lines in between your various sections like your objective and education. makes it easier to read.

Have to agree that you need to rearrange. Education always should come after experience, unless there is absolutely no experience. I read in a resume book lately that the "objective" should be left off, considered to be unnecessary. I would also use the phrase, "proficient with" instead of "experience with". Someone who has no clue can say they have "experience" with equipment, but "proficient" states that you know what you are doing.

You have experience, 1.5 years is more than none, so I would highlight that closer to the top of your resume. Without reading your thread title, I felt like I was reading the resume of a new inexperience graduate. Also, I would list all of your certifications, PALS etc. in their own section so that a person reading your resume doesn't have to hunt for them. HR has to read hundreds, if not more, resumes so you want your credentials to stand out.
I too have heard that you should leave the "objective statement" off your resume, but then again I was told by a friend in an HR department that she liked them. She said it indicated to her that the applicant had at least read the position description and had re-done their resume to fit the job.

You need to take out all your school clinical rotations. You are not a new grad and everyone that went to nursing school did the same rotations. You need to expand your nursing experience since getting your RN.

I agree, you should elaborate on your work experience first. Education is after. I was also told to leave of GPA info....even as a new grad. GPAs tend to be irrelevant for work interviews. Also you should put your PALS and PEARS under a "Certifications" section.
