"Profile" is noncontributory, so you can eliminate it. Nobody will read it or care. Everyone says they provide expert/caring/compassionate/competent/blahblah care. Most people who say they have excellent interpersonal and communication skills have neither. Whoever hires you will train you in their E-records, which is probably different from the one you know.
If you can go back and edit out all the actual identifying information in this post that would be a really good idea.

The professional experience section needs simple statements and project accomplishments rather than job duties. The structure of a good accomplishment statement is:
WHAT You Did Is The First Piece Of Your Three-Part Accomplishment [ What = . . . ed ]. You briefly describe the event. It is preceded by a power past participle (ending in “ . . . ed:”, for example: developed, created, managed, directed, etc.) describing your role in the event. If you're still working at the job, then use the present participle.
HOW You Did It Is The Second Piece Of Your Three-Part Accomplishment [ How = . . . ing ]. briefly describe what you did, preceded by a power ". . . ing" verb form (analyzing, directing, teaching, researching, etc.).
RESULTS Is The Third Part of your Three-Part Accomplishment [ Results = . . . ing ]. Briefly review of the time or money that was saved, the degree of improved quality, preceded by a power ". . . ing" word (saving, improving, increasing, decreasing, etc.). The “ing” ending of words indicates the results are current or ongoing.
Tried to break up the large sentences into simple ones and made them into accomplishments. But look them over and tailor to your actual accomplishments.
One thing you want look over is what skills, knowledge, and abilities the ad is looking for and tailor your branding statement, professional profile and skill highlights accordingly.
I'm assuming your Crown Bay positions were a internal promotion and configure it to reflect that.
So here's something to get you thinking:
