Is there can place in whole USA where there is not overflowing of new grads?

I have heard people saying that "where i'm from jobs are there"... so where are these places?

Do not come to California without a year of solid hospital acute care RB experience. Seriously.

Isnt NCLEX license is for particular state? if i move to other state (in US) will they transfer my license as well?

hospital i work at just hired 3 new graduates without any experience. seems to me there are just as many if not more Nursing Jobs than there are any other type profession.

Wow, they either new somebody or got very lucky! I am hoping the market will be opening up soon.

Danville VA. It's a small town but all the RNs in my ADN program had jobs before we graduated (2015). Many people had several offers.
