Pitt CRNA Fall 2016/Spring 2017

Published

Hi all -

Turned in my application the beginning of January for Pitt's CRNA program. I know they did interviews in December, but I was curious to hear from those who will also be awaiting an interview in February. Just thought it would be nice for those to post when they start to hear back to give everyone a better idea of a timeline for this process. Best of luck to everyone!

So I just called the number from above and the secretary said they're reviewing today and tomorrow and then should be calling. So I guess they're not really two weeks behind.

My friend is in anes school now and her classmates know of 2 ppl that got phone calls today..

Hey i just called they told me they havnt made any decisions yet and will call in 2 weeks

BartenderRN, congrats on your acceptance there.

I hope its not really another 2 weeks that we have to wait!

Did you call the main nursing office or this number 412-624-4860? When I called the main office they said two weeks but the number posted above said this week? I'm with you, I hope we don't have to wait two more weeks!

Yes i did. I think the main number like the student service office prolly doesnt know whats going on lol

I prolly shouldve just called the number listed above. I just looked at the website

Thanks elle2016

Hope you guys don't have to wait an additional 2 weeks. Good luck!

I got my call on Monday as well. Accepted a full time start date in August. See you there BartenderRN! Good luck to everyone else!

Just got an email (10pm) saying they are still making decisions. Anyone else get the same one?

I didnt. What does it say?

Thanks so much for your patience as we work through our process. The introduction of our BSN-to-DNP program has required working out some additional logistics. We are still in the process of making decisions and notifications. I wanted to be clear that your application is still under active consideration. We are moving as quickly as we can but expect that this process will continue over the course of the next few weeks. Again, thanks for your understanding.
