I know this topic has been beaten to the bone and I apoligize for rehashing it but I really, really need some encouragement as I really feel so disheartened.
I recently finished Kaplan.
Diagnostic Test 57%
Readiness 62%
Question Trainer 1 - 47%
Question Trainer 2 -56%
Question Trainer 3 - 56%
Qbanks 44%, 64%, 50%, 64%
Am reading all my rationales for incorrect and correct, but these scores really have me convinced that I can't pass the NCLEX.
Can anyone share if they were this loooow and made it?
Thanks so much

I was very very close and about the same and passed the NCLEX last month with 77 question. Don't worry about the scores, just do all the questions and nail it. Good luck.

My scores are not much better either. I took some test out of order, but the Kaplan professor said the test trainer 6 and 7 should be indicative of passing the Nclex.
Diagnostic: 54
Readiness: 58
QT 1: 55
QT 2: 59
QT 3: 56
I just started working on the Q-bank questions...not really sure what to do. Is it more important to review the content or just study the q-bank questions? I still have Qquestion trainers 4, 5, 6, and 7 left to go. Any suggestions?

You might want to review your content area before taking qbanks to see if that helps. My instructor stated that in order to pass nclex you need to know your content area. If you don't, you won't do well. Listen or read the book that Kaplan gave you. Hope that helps.

Do not put all your eggs into one basket when looking at predictor scores. You can get yourself confused. Instead rely on your own judgement about whether you have mastered the material. Best of luck.

Very well said Caliotter, its not about doing questions but mastering questions by knowing the core content fully.
I got average 75-80% on my kaplan qbanks and qtrainers but I still failed. Realized my mistake and did a thorough review of content, would be testing soon..... next week
