hi! i am a fresh nursing graduate from the Philippines...i dont know anything about any state in the US but i do want to work somewhere there...Which state would you recommend me??

I want a State where there are also Filipinos like me...

a State that only requires IELTS and NCLEX for me to be able to work there...

preferably tropical State...

a STATE that has low taxes and cost of living...(i wanna save for my family)

help me figure out where to work...please? pretty please?

Try California or even Arizona they are culturally diverse States. This makes a big difference.

Well.........

Do you have any family in the States?

Do you have any friends in the States?

Are they willing to let you stay with them until you get on your feet and have your own apartment?

Where you want to work has a lot to do with whether or not you have a support system when you get here.

California has a large Filipino Community, as well as Texas, New Jersey. New York, Nevada, Florida and Virginia.

California, Nevada,Virginia, Florida and Texas has weather that might suit you - New York and New Jersey gets cold and snow! But it can be very beautiful if you've never seen it. But I would tend to believe that if you choose a state it needs to be a State that has a large filipino community... you'll be able to have a support group, filipino restaurants and grocery stores and filipino parties - of course.

I live in Upstate New York and we have a small filipino community and no filipino restaurants or filipino grocery stores
