Hi, i am back to my first love which is PICU. I just got hired in Texas Children hospital and i need some recommendation for what book i can use in PICU. The last I worked was 2018 and my previous job had given us the reference textbook and pediatric manual and procedure but it was only kept in our unit and now i totally forgot what was it.

If I was going to purchase one, it would be AACN's Core Curriculum for Pediatric High Acuity, Progressive, and Critical Care Nursing, Third Edition. Although it retails for $98 on AACN's site, it's available on Amazonnfor <$50.

Hi , How is it going in the PICU ? I have been out for about 8 years but I am ready to return. I have the old version of the Core Curriculum that I have begun to read until I have find a job.
Have you adjusted and did you feel like your skills came back easily?
