hey guys
im a nursing student and jus wanted some advice..the Housekeeping at the hospital im suppose to be going for my nurses work visit is having picket lines and my instructor has said its up to us to decide if we wanna cross it or not..what would be the best thing to do..cross or not??

This is really a 21st century question isn't it? In an earlier day (our fathers/mothers generation--you might or might not decide to cross or not cross the picket line but you'd KNOW WHERE YOU STOOD) there'd be no uncertainty. But you're a student. You're not taking anybody's job by crossing the picket line. What's a guy who respects the rights of working men and women to do?
My advice: Go to your school. If your school is in the hospital and requires crossing the picket line--cross the line. Damn shame that things aren't as simple as they once were. You're not taking anyone's job.
For your future, it's what you oughta do.
