How did u chose which university to go to? i have one that used to be my first choice.. the first two years at college are supposed to be really good which is also 10 minutes away from home, but when you go to the university it is supposed to be not so good, and at that time i will be driving 1 hour each way.. my second choice is to go to the humber-unb way .. i still get my degree but do all the years at the college.. the catch with this one is that i have to drive an hour each way starting in my first year? im not really sure how to decide? my parents really want me to go to the local one... thanks

I REALLY DON'T KNOW. YOU FOLLOW YOUR " SPIDY SENSES" AND YOU WILL KNOW. I HAVE LEARNED IN MY SHOPPING FOR SCHOOLS THAT THEY WILL TRY TO PUT A CIGAR IN YOU TOP HAT REALLY QUICK. I ALSO FOUND THAT THE SCHOOLS LOOK OUTSTANDING ON PAPER AND ONCE YOUR IN IT'S A HOT MESS.:angryfire NOW THAT I'M IN ANOTHER STATE I WILL LOOK HERE TO SEE.

GOOD LUCK:)

DON'T GIVE UP IN THE SEARCHING OR DRIVING. IT'LL ALL BE WORTH IT IN THE END.:)

what do u all think about having to commute 1 hour each way? will it get to be to much

EVENTUALLY IT WILL BE. YOUR STUDY AND FAMILY TIME WILL BE AFFECTED BY THIS 10 OR SO HOURS ADDED ON. LIKE I SAID IF IT IS WORTH IT. MAKE SURE YOU EAT YOU WHEATES. YOU CAN DO IT. THAT'S WHY I'M CONSIDERING BEING CLOSE TO HOME. IF SOMETHING HAPPENS I CAN GET TO MY CHILDREN OR HUSBAND FASTER AND VICE VERSA.:uhoh3:

I wanted to get away from home after high school. Yet, because I didn't mind living at home and didn't feel a need to get as far away as I could, I chose a school 6 hours from home. It's Christian, private, has about 4000 students, is in a cozy city/town, and it was great when I visited my senior year of high school. I just read on it and talked to people there...and I decided it was the best for me.

either way i will be living at home but what made you guys choose which school u went to ?

I would go for the local--spending an hour in your car each way is lots of wasted time--and trust me, you'll need that time. I live
