I found one topic on this, but it wasn't very active, so I hope this one becomes a little more successful. My name is Jennifer, and I am applying for the January 2015 Nursing Program at PHSC. My home campus is Porter at Wiregrass Ranch. Are there any other 2015 hopefuls? I'd like to get to know you all! I am taking my TEAS next Tuesday and am so nervous. This will be my first time taking the TEAS. Have any of you taken it? How was it?
Any tips? I have finished all me pre-reqs and finished with a 3.6. Not too bad, wish I would have got higher! Hope I get in! Good luck to all you ladies!
I was a no for the RN but an alternate for the LPN. I am a little sad but as I see the ones who got accepted into both, please don't be selfish and reject the LPN quickly, so I have more of a chance LOL. The letter says I have until Jan 9th to get a seat as they come. I really hope it does not take that long to find out or not. Congrats to all who got in!!!

I'm sure you got it. I still can't believe it. I wanted to cry but couldn't. It was such a strange feeling. I was shaking a little opening the letters up. Of course, I opened the LPN first and saw I was accepted. So I thought, okay...well if I get denied for the RN program at least I have the LPN program. So I open the second envelope for the RN and I see "Congratulations!" I got goose bumps! SO EXCIIITEDDD!!! Can't wait to meet everyone!

I will be turning in my acceptance to the RN program at the west campus on Tuesday, as well as rejecting the LPN. I have class that day so I'll already be there. Hope you get a chance for the LPN.

Me, too. I live in Land O' Lakes by Land O' Lakes High School so I will probably be sent to the Porter Campus. Not sure though. I've been at the West Campus since January 2013.
