Phoenix, Banner hospitals

Hello, I just visited Phoenix and interviewed at Banner Good Samaration and Banner Thunderbird for the ICU's. I am wondering if anyone knows if one is better than the other to work at or is they are even comparable? I was also wondering if anyone who works at either hospital knows how much an RN with 2 years of experience can expect to make an hour?

I also was guaranteed at job at either hospital from the managers, so I will be moving there from Ohio. I am familiar with the main roads and highways, but I was wondering about apartments that are safe and respectable for a female in her mid 20's to live in? I think I preferred the Thunderbird area better than downtown, so any ideas for that part of town? I have a dog so I need someplace where pets are allowed.

I have lived in Phoenix all of my life and I would not recommend living in the downtown area. There are many apartments around Greenway (1 mile north of Thunderbird) because that's where the International School of Management is. Apartments tend not to have backyards at all though.....but it's been a long time since I have looked for an apartment.

I suspect the ICU at Good Sam would be a lot more interesting than Thunderbird since it is a trauma center. Good Sam is also a magnet hospital. I don't know what they would pay with 2 years experience.....I only know the pay for a new grad is 20.53 the last time I looked in very late December. Good Sam had kind of a neat program - if you work both weekend days you get paid 32 hours instead of 24, but no benefits come with that.
