Philippines nurse in Netherlands - Can I work in Germany?

Hello,

I am a registered nurse from Philippines, im currently residing here in The Netherlands just beyond the border of Germany. Im curious if i can work in Germany as a nurse, Its not that easy to work here in The Netherlands as a nurse coz of thier strict requirements (one of those is i have to study 2 more years of Nursing) and i cant do that coz im financially incapacitated. I cant speak German, but i know some words which is similar to Dutch.

How can you work in a country that is exclusively German if you are not fluent?

EU citizens are given priority. Nurses are not paid much there either if your credentials are deemed equivalent

There are language and education requirements and not speaking and writing German fluently will exclude you. Your education would have to be evaluated and there is also the problem that EU citizen have priority for jobs...
