Same competencies as Australian nurse, experienced preferred if you are looking after Australians in remote areas of NT. cEven a nurse that has worked in Australia with years of experience still would reflect on their experience before going remote area. Look at Phillipino nurse, international thread...for information as on this...the Australian thread, Australian nurses need a nursing university degree, full of nursing subjects, nothing else, nursing board registration, graduate year, ...career...

Nurses with no experience are finding it harder to gain employment.....our own graduates are not getting work.....

Aged care pays much less.....and I have heard these jobs are being gobbled up by new grads.
