hi, i just want to know how to apply in UK. I don't have any ideas. Hope you can share website or agency or any information.

Hi and welcome to the site

Unfortunately with current job and immigrations you will find it hard to get work permit as employers are posting they are unable to help with obtaining work permit. Even before you get that far you have to complete all requirements for NMC the UK nursing governing body which included the overseas course and IELTS. If you have experience in a short fall area (will post link with list) you may find employer willing to help with work permit

UK nurses are stuggling to get jobs at the moment and the priority must be to our own home grown nurses first

hi! would you advise me to apply for student visa because there is a program proven alternative for overseas nurse who cannot fulfill ONP or lack adaptation slots in UK. The Best route is STUDENT VISA program.

If you otherwise meet RN not sure what you are looking at as a student, but even going as student there is no guarantee on work permit as general RN are not on the short list plus many UK nurses are struggling to find work including newly qualified student nurses
