:yeah:Has anyone received an acceptance letter for the RN program for PHCC Spring 2012????
Hey everyone, I was gone for a while but glad to be back on here again. So.. I feel really behind because I havent gotten my physical, tb, drug screen or background yet.. UGH! Tomorrow I am getting the physical and intend to do the rest by the end of the week.
I am taking College Algebra, Statistics, Humanities and Speech this semester and I am losing my mind! Maybe it's because I know i'm starting in Jan, but for some reason it's made it so much harder to focus since I got the letter! lol
Does anyone want to set up a definite date for after Thanksgiving to meet? We have to find out who has what days available.
Hiiiii everyone! Gosh, I've been MIA for awhile. Trying to get some of this wedding stuff done while I have the time! I'm hoping there are no big exams the week after my wedding! LOL. Oh well....I'm going to PHCC tom to get my drug screen form. After the drug screen, I'm DONE!!!! Thank goodness! :)
As for meeting up, I can pretty much meet up any time. What day of the week works best for everyone? I would say that Saturday or Sunday would be the best for me but, I'm pretty flexible! Also, are we thinking about bringing "significant others?" Just wondering :)
It feels good to be back!! 8 weeks until the start of school!!!
Hi everyone...
Shay: Wow, that is quite the load! Both of those math classes are pretty intense! Who are your teachers? I had Prof. Head for stats and Prof. Imperatore for college alg ( I loved her) Good luck!
Jenny: Good to hear from you. When are you getting married? Congrats! I am going to the place where you went for my physical and flu shot... They take my insurance, do not need an appointment, and have quite a few locations to chose from. Then I am done, except for my 2nd reading of my PPD test, which is this Friday.
Maza: How was your CPR? I bet you are glad to be done with it...
Everyone else... I hope all is well! As far as meeting goes, If we a bringing significant others, I would have to do it on a weekend, my husband goes to school in Orlando and only comes home on the weekends. If we are not including them then anytime works for me in the evening.
Maybe we can do something that is centrally located for everyone, like a Chilli's or Applebee's... Get some food, a drink or 2, and enjoy getting to know each other... since we will probably be seeing more of each other than anyone else for the next 2 years.
A Chili's or Applebee's sounds great Maybe like the Saturday after Thanskgiving on November 26th? Maybe we can do a late lunch...and as for significant others...that is great if you guys want to include them...however..I just know my husband would be bored or sick off all the nursing talk lol...so I am gonna count him out....Let me know if that date is good for everyone. Can't wait!
I just have to make sure my husband isn't working, so he can watch the little one :-) I doubt he would want to go talk about nursing stuff, haha. what's central for everyone? I live in Trinty, off 54 & Starkey. Tons of places by me, up by the
Vetrans, and there places in Port Richey as well. Maybe we should start getting each other's email through private messaging?

No, I took the class today but I was freaking because it said closed instead of full, I guaranteed my spot when I prepaid. I thought that the place was closing or there was some kinda emergency. My CPR is done now and I will wrap everything up by Friday.
